InnoPark provides qualified office space, production and experimental areas, and storage space through leasing to businesses conducting R&D or software activities and to companies wishing to produce technological products. Additionally, it allocates land or construction areas via leasing or build-operate-transfer methods for organizations wishing to construct their own buildings. The founding purpose of InnoPark is to be a “Technology Production-Oriented Technology Development Zone (TGB).” InnoPark aims to increase the production and export of medium and high-tech products in the region. Therefore, in addition to R&D offices, suitable buildings for production will be constructed and rented to businesses that want to engage in technological production. Furthermore, construction areas may be allocated to entrepreneurs wishing to build their own production facilities. The first completed block of InnoPark has become a building containing production areas and R&D offices, suitable for high altitude, equipped for crane installation, accessible for trucks and forklifts, and featuring a sufficient capacity three-phase electrical network and natural gas line. The infrastructure networks such as electricity, water, sewage, and natural gas within InnoPark, located in the Konya Organized Industrial Zone, have been established to meet the needs of producing businesses.
